Design and Manufacture of Single cavity to 64 cavity moulds to manufacture various components like Medical equipments, Engineering components, Automobile components etc.
Manufacture of Moulds with base as per DME or HASCO standards.Base material of hardened steel P20 or as per the specification.
Mould cavity in S7, H13 or any other steel as specified.Gating -Subland or as needed for the component.
Die made out of Hardened steel and machined to a fine accuracy to ensure trouble free operation over the entire operating life cycle .
Die can be delivered in 12 weeks time of approval of Die Design by the Die casting House.
Based on component drawing and sample we will carry out the mould design. The First sample can be offered in 12-16 weeks of approval of mould design.
Hitachi make CNC EDM, MIKON make CNC Milling machine, Jig Boring machine and many other name brand machines for manufacturing of moulds .
