LAMINATIONS

Laminations in Cold Rolled Non Grain Oriented Silicon steel for AC Electric Motors, AC Generators, and DC Electric motors to meet the Engineers requirements.
Laminations are offered in all grades of Materials (M45, M36 ETC.) imported from Germany, USA, Russia or Manufactured in India.
Laminations are offered in different coating C3, C6 or other as required. The thickness can be 0.32 mm , 0.5 mm ( 0.02") or 0.62mm (0.25").Maximum Diameter. up to 540 mm (21")
A modern tool room with Hitachi make CNC Wire cut machine, Electric Discharge Machine and all other equipment enable us develop the Tool quickly and deliver the laminations in shortest possible time. Typical delivery for sample lamination can be in 2-4 weeks.
The production capacity installed is 200 Metric Tons a month.

Quality

With ISO 9001 Accreditation the process reliability and product quality is documented and assured.
Statistical Process Control helps in ensuring repeatability of performance of Final product.
A Standards room is used for First Article Inspection as well as for calibration of Measuring instruments.

Packaging

The laminations are securely packed as to avoid damages during transit. For laminations dispatched by ocean a special Sea Worthy packaging is used.
